Storm Lake United’s Wood, Wine, and Blues event will be held Friday, August 19th through Sunday, August 21st in Sunset Park.
The chainsaw carving competition will be going on Friday and Saturday from 8am to 5pm, and Sunday from 8:30am to 3:30pm. The awards ceremony will begin at 4pm Sunday. Each artist’s competition sculpture will be put in display in the community after the event.
A quick carve event will be Friday from 6:30 to 7:30pm. Kids activities will be available Saturday from 11am to 1pm, with several other events scheduled during the weekend. Food will be available all three days. There will be live music Saturday and Sunday.
