A Spencer woman received an additional felony charge after she was arrested on a Clay County warrant.
According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Bayli Jordan was booked into the Clay County Jail on a 30 day mittimus warrant. She was arrested in Sioux City on Tuesday evening.
While she was at the jail, it was discovered that Jordan had concealed contraband and brought it into the jail facility. Jordan was additionally charged with Possessing Contraband in a Correctional Facility, a class D felony.
