The Ridge View boys golf team shot a 341 at the Willow Creek Golf Club in Le Mars on Monday winning the Western Valley Conference championship defeating runner-up OA-BCIG by five shots. Kellen Clausen shot an 80, Gavin Vohs 81, Drew Burk 88, and Luke Whitmer a 92.
OA-BCIG shot a 346 and was led by the meet’s medalist Axton Miller who carded a 73. Ben Hofmeister shot 85, Jack Gilbert 91, and Kaleb Taylor 97.
The Ridge View girls placed 5th at the conference meet.
