Dvergsten Fires A 70 Leading Boys to Lakes Title—Tornado Girls Place 4th

Charlie Dvergsten started his day with an eagle and would finish with a 2 under par score of 70 leading the Storm Lake boys golf team to their first Lakes Conference title since 2007. Dvergsten’s round also included eight birdies. Carson Lullmann shot 86, Cam Boyd 87, Jayden Butler carded a 88, Bobby Boeckman 95, and Ty Bodholdt shot 100.

The Storm Lake girls placed 4th with a 418 in the Lakes Conference tournament which was held at the BVU golf course at Lake Creek. Maddy Raveling had the low round with a 94. Kennadie Miller shot a 106, Hannah Taylor a 107, and Taylor Ripke 111.
