The Star Spangled Spectacular has opened registration for the Big Parade along Lakeshore Drive at 10:30 a.m. on July 4. Floats, convertibles, tractors, walkers, dancers, bands and more are encouraged to get creative with the 2024 theme “Light up the Sky on the Fourth of July”. Registration is free by filling out the form at starspangledspectacular.net/get-involved. Registration forms can also be picked up at Storm Lake United, 119 West 6th Street. Storm Lake’s largest celebration has also opened art vendor and food vendor registration for non-profits, for-profits, food trucks and more.
