The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation unveiled its 2023 Annual Report of Activities at its recent Business Recognition Luncheon.
The theme of the report is “The Place For You.” It emphasizes why the four-county corridor region is the place to locate for businesses and individuals. The report covers many accomplishments and developments in the region over the last year including a summary of the 74 business retention and expansion visits, projected expansion projects for the next three to five years, groundbreaking and expansion projects that were supported, successful business transitions either to new ownership or locations within the region, and more.
