The Storm Lake girls soccer team played at Le Mars Monday night and the Tornadoes lost 2-1 in double overtime. Nelly Cortes scored the lone goal for the Tornadoes who play again tonight vs. Spencer. The Storm Lake boys soccer team is at Spencer Tuesday for a varsity only match that starts at 5pm and will be broadcast on 92.9FM KKIA
The Storm Lake boys tennis team hosted E-L-C yesterday and lost 5-4. Winning singles matches were Josh Steffen, Joey Rice, and Sebastian Cortez. Steffen and Rice won their doubles match. The Tornado girls lost to E-L-C 9-0.
