A Celebration of Life for Doug and Kate Duncan of Sac City, IA, formerly of Spencer, IA, will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 12-3PM at the South Park Shelter House in Sac City. Kate passed away on November 13, 2024, and Doug on February 27, 2026. Farber & Otteman Funeral Home of Sac City is in charge of arrangements.
