Storm Lake police arrested a 78‑year‑old Early man after an indecent exposure incident at the Storm Lake Goodwill.
Police say the report came in on Wednesday, when a customer contacted officers about an incident that happened the day before. Around 11 a.m. last Tuesday, June 9, a shopper inside the Goodwill store told police she saw a man expose himself to a female patron.
Investigators reviewed store surveillance video and identified the suspect as 78-year-old James Kisner of Early. Officers located Kisner the next day, Thursday, and took him into custody without incident.
Kisner has been charged with indecent exposure, a serious misdemeanor. He was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
