A Minnesota man was arrested on drug-related charges following a traffic stop in Storm Lake this past weekend.
According to the Storm Lake Police Department, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 400 block of Lake Avenue at approximately 10:20 Saturday morning. The driver was identified as 20-year-old Ajuwil Othow of Mankato, Minnesota. While speaking with Othow, officers observed an odor of marijuana. Officers located prepackaged marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a subsequent search.
Othow was charged with Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Deliver, a class D felony…and Possession of Marijuana, a simple misdemeanor. He was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a 53-hundred-dollar bond.
