The Storm Lake City Council this week approved a road closure during the Kids Fest event this coming weekend.
Kids Fest will be held on Sunday, June 8th in Chautauqua Park from noon to 3pm. Chautauqua Park Road will be closed from the Lakeshore Drive intersection to the Hudson Street intersection for safety purposes. The closure will be from 11am to 4pm Sunday during Kids Fest, and to allow for setup and cleanup before and after the event.
