A reminder that Storm Lake is hosting its third and final Legislative Coffee event this weekend.
The Legislative Coffee will be held tomorrow (Sat) from 10am to 11am at King’s Pointe Resort. The event will give the public a chance to communicate directly with state lawmakers from the area on current issues. The City of Storm Lake partners with the SALUD multicultural health coalition to host the event, which is free and open to the public.
Prior to the Legislative Coffee, the Storm Lake City Council will hold a special session meeting tomorrow (Sat) starting at 9am, also at King’s Pointe. The meeting is open to the public, and will feature a discussion of potential legislative items.
