Iowa Lakes Corridor Development President/CEO Landauer Resigns

The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation announces that President and Chief Executive Officer Shannon Landauer is resigning from the organization, effective on June 9th.

Landauer has been the President and CEO of Iowa Lakes Corridor Development for the last two years. In a statement, Landauer says her time with the organization has been a wonderful experience. She says having the opportunity to work with so many businesses and community leaders has demonstrated how successful rural economic development partnerships can be. Landauer says the Corridor region is full of opportunity and growth in the coming years.

Since her arrival, Landauer led a brand and website redesign for the Corridor, facilitated community and business tours for staff and community leaders, and supported numerous projects for business attraction, expansions, startups, housing, and more. She was also awarded the Economic Development “40 Under 40” award in February of this year by the Development Counselors International and Jorgenson Consulting.

Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Board Chair Brad Beck thanks Landauer for her work over the last two years. He says the Corridor Board has started the search for a new President/CEO.
