A flood warning is in effect for the Little Sioux River at Spencer until this coming Tuesday morning, May 7th.
According to the National Weather Service, as of 7:15 last (Wed) evening, the Little Sioux at Spencer was at 10.4 feet. The flood stage in Spencer is ten feet. The river there is expected to rise to 10.8 feet by tomorrow (Fri) morning.
A flood warning is in effect for the Little Sioux River west of Milford until early Sunday.
River stages could be impacted more as there are additional chances for rain in the coming days.
