Fort Dodge Woman Charged Following Clay County Traffic Stop

A Fort Dodge woman was arrested on multiple charges following a traffic stop in Clay County late last week.

According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, the traffic stop happened shortly after 3:15pm Friday at the 32 hundred mile of Highway 18. 38-year-old Francesca Vasquez was found to have marijuana inside her vehicle, which was found during a probable cause search.

Vasquez was arrested and booked into the Clay County Jail on charges of Driving While Barred and Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana.
