A flood warning has been issued for the Little Sioux River at Linn Grove until 7am on Wednesday.
According to the National Weather Service, minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. The river stage was at 18.4 feet at 8am this (Sat) morning. The flood stage is 18 feet. The Little Sioux River at Linn Grove is expected to crest at 18.8 feet early tomorrow (Sun) afternoon. It will fall below flood stage Tuesday morning.
The city park in Sioux Rapids is currently flooded.
