Minor injuries were reported from an SUV vs deer collision in Clay County last week.
According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened at approximately 10:20pm last Monday, April 8th at the 18 hundred mile of 350th Street. 46-year-old Richard Christensen of Hartley was driving westbound when he struck a deer that entered the roadway.
Christensen sustained minor injuries from the seat belt. He was seen by the Spencer Hospital Ambulance Services. The vehicle received about 45 hundred dollars worth of damage.
