Diocese of Sioux City Vehicle Raffle Benefiting Schools in Northwest Iowa

A program has been launched today in hopes of helping Catholic schools in Northwest Iowa.

The Catholic Diocese of Sioux City has started a Vehicle Raffle to assist in raising funds for diocesan (die-o-season) schools with a chance to win a $50,000 vehicle voucher. A maximum of 2,500 tickets will be sold until January 24th and the winner will be announced on the Diocese of Sioux City Facebook page on February 2nd.

Proceeds from the ticket sales will go toward diocesan Catholic Schools Enhancement grants. The raffle winner will be able to use their voucher at Knoepfler Chevrolet or Rick Collins Toyota Dealerships, which both reside in Sioux City.

Students from Remsen St. Mary’s as well as Le Mars Gehlen will benefit from the vehicle raffle proceeds. Tickets can be purchased online at scdiocese.org/raffle, by scanning the raffle flyer QR code, contacting diocesan Catholic schools, or emailing the Stewardship and Development Office at lexah@scdiocese.org. Schools may also have raffle tickets available for purchase at school events during the sales period.
