Be advised, that beginning this Monday (August 28th), a portion of the sidewalk at Frank Starr Park in Storm Lake will be closed until further notice. This is to help assist with the Well #21 Project, which includes boring across Highway 110 for a new water main.
There will be orange construction fencing and warning signs at each end of the park. The main areas of the park will still be available for public use.
