A Cherokee man has won a ten-thousand dollar Iowa Lottery prize.
William Brady won the 58th ten-thousand dollar prize in the Lottery’s “100-Thousand Dollar Mega Crossword” scratch game. Brady purchased his winning ticket at the Casey’s store on North 2nd Street in Cherokee. He claimed his prize on Tuesday of this week at the Iowa’s Lottery’s Storm Lake regional office.
The “100-Thousand Dollar Mega Crossword” game is a ten-dollar scratch game that features 38 100-thousand dollar top prizes, and 76 prizes of ten-thousand dollars.
