The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation will be hosting a Lunch and Learn event in Storm Lake.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, March 20th from noon to 1pm at Buena Vista University. It will include a panel discussion regarding resources available for business succession. Business succession refers to the strategy of passing leadership or ownership of a business on to someone new. During the panel discussion, attendees will hear from individuals at Buena Vista University, Iowa State University Extension, and Iowa’s Small Business Development Center about resources for business owners and entrepreneurs in regard to succession planning.
The panel will include Gary Sterling, who is the Director of the Lamberti Center for Rural Entrepreneurship and Instructor of Management at BVU.
