Several Players Named to IGCA All-State Softball Teams

The Iowa Girls Coaches Association has released their 2026 All-State softball teams.

In Class 4A,

Storm Lake’s Avery DeHaan was named to the 3^rd team.

In Class 2A,

Ridge View’s Zoey Aschinger was named to the 2^nd team and Reese Hawthorne was named to the 3^rd team.

Sioux Central’s Sage Weber was named 3^rd team.

Pocahontas Area’s Lauren Hoover was a 1^st team selection while Katie Rierson was a 2^nd team pick.

In Class 1A,

Newell-Fonda’s Jocee Walsh was named 1^st team, Ellie Sievers was named 2^nd team and Quinn Sievers was Honorable Mention.

Remsen-St. Mary’s’ Neely Bacon was also named Honorable Mention.
