The Storm Lake baseball team picked up a 12-0 five inning win Wednesday night at Denison-Schleswig and improved to 2-0 on the year. Carson Lullmann pitched all five innings giving up just two singles while striking out seven and walking one.
The Tornadoes scored four runs in the first inning with Edgar Berriero crushing a two run homer. Storm Lake had nine hits led by Berriero’s three.

Storm Lake will play again Friday night at Sergeant Bluff-Luton. The game will be broadcast on Mix 101.7FM KAYL starting around 7:15pm.
