East Sac County Soccer teams sweep Oakland-Riverside

–The East Sac County Raider Soccer teams swept past the Oakland-RIverside Bulldogs with the Raider Girls winning 10-0 and the Raider boys winning 4-1

–The East Sac County Raider Girls Soccer team won at home vs Riverside 10-0. East Sac started quickly with a goal from Cora Mahler in the first four minutes of the game assisted by Chloe Bieret and Kenna Meyer. Six minutes later Chloe Bieret would add a goal, and 4 minutes after that a crossed ball from Sarah Bontrager was deflected in. Kenna Meyer got her first goal of the game on a Penalty Kick with 1:55 remaining in the half. East Sac led 4-0 at the half. The Raiders would quickly extend the lead with goals from Hannah Pudenz, Kenna Meyer, and Chloe Bieret all within the first 6 minutes of the second half. Kenna Meyer would continue her hit streak with the next 2 goals, and Addisen Ehler would score a goal with 7:01 remaining to end the game. The Raiders are now 2-1 and play host to West Central Valley on Tuesday evening. Stats: Kenna Meyer 4 goals and 1 assist, Chloe Bieret 2 goals and 1 assist, Cora Mahler 1 goal, Hannah Pudenz 1 goal, Addisen Ehler 1 goal, Sarah Bontrager 1 assist, and Denae Thayer 1 save.

–The Raider Boys would defeat the Bulldogs 4-1. The Bulldogs would score the first goal of the game. However, the Raiders would score two goals to end the half leading 2-1 and would never look back. The goal scorers in the first half were Isaiah Aragon unassisted and Sam Schmitt assisted by Carson Schmitt. The second half saw the Raiders add two more tallies. The second-half goal scorers were Riley Aragon assisted by Isaiah Aragon and Isaiah scored the final goal unassisted. Luke Wernimont had 6 saves in goal. The win improves the Raiders to 2-1, up next the Raiders play host to 1A #13 West Central Valley on Tuesday night
