East Sac County Girls Soccer falls in 1A-6 Quarterfinal at Gilbert

The East Sac County Girls Soccer team fell in the Class 1A-Region 6 Quarterfinal at 1A #4 Gilbert Tigers 9-0

The Raiders and Tigers would battle in Gilbert in Class 1A Region 6 Quarterfinal. The Tigers would strike first when Sydney Lynch found the back of the net at 34:44 to give the Tigers a 1-0 lead. The Raiders would be strong on defense for the next 15 minutes. The Tigers would lead 1-0 after 20 minutes. The Tigers would find separation as they would collect three more goals and would lead 4-0 at the break. The second half saw the Tigers pull away as they would tally three more goals in the first 20 to lead 7-0 with 20 minutes to go. The Tigers would go on to win 9-0. With the win the 1A #4 Tigers record is now 10-5, and the Raiders wrap up the season at 6-9

The Raiders say goodbye to three seniors: Olivia Villegas, Costanza Rosati, and Alice Crippa.
