Richard “Dick” Rice, age 92, of Storm Lake, Iowa died April 13, 2026 in Sioux City, Iowa.
Funeral services will take place Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Storm Lake. Burial will be in the Storm Lake Cemetery. Visitation will take place Friday, April 17, 2026 from 5-7:00 p.m. with an Odd Fellow service at 7:00 p.m. The Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake is in charge of the arrangements.
