As the weather heats up and calendars begin to fill with summer activities and vacations, blood donations often tend to drop. But the need for lifesaving blood products doesn’t go away. In fact, someone’s life relies on a blood transfusion every two seconds. That’s why LifeServe Blood Center is hosting Blood Donor Days this June, a month-long celebration of our generous donors.
All June long, LifeServe will be handing out special prizes and giveaways. Blood donors at any mobile drive or donor center will not only walk away from donating knowing they saved or impacted up to three lives, but they’ll also get our exclusive Blood Donor Days summer t-shirt and be automatically entered to win a weekly prize package. Additionally, anyone who gives blood at a LifeServe donor center in June will get a scratch-off ticket with a chance to score local gift cards and prizes. And last but not least, all donors will be eligible to enter to win our grand prize: a pair of 4-day passes to Hinterland Music Festival!
