The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Buena Vista County, and that’s in effect for the rest of today (Wed) until midnight tonight.
A Winter Weather Advisory is also in effect for counties including Cherokee, Clay, Ida, and O’Brien.
A Blizzard Warning then goes into effect in Buena Vista County at noon tomorrow (Thur) and lasts until 6pm Friday. That also applies for Cherokee, Clay, and Ida.
Blizzard Warnings will be in effect for Sac, Pocahontas, Palo Alto, and Calhoun Counties from noon tomorrow (Thur) until 6am Saturday.
A Wind Chill Warning will be in effect for a few area counties, including Buena Vista,starting in the early morning hours tomorrow (Thur) until noon on Saturday.
