A Sanborn man was arrested Monday evening in Storm Lake on an active warrant out of Black Hawk County.
The Storm Lake Police Department says officers conducted a traffic stop at approximately 8 p.m. Monday in the 1800 block of North Lake Avenue.
The driver was identified as 65-year-old James McClain of Sanborn. Police say McClain was found to have an active Black Hawk County warrant related to a mittimus in connection with a felony burglary conviction.
McClain was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Buena Vista County Jail where he was held pending extradition to Black Hawk County.
