Two arrests have been made in connection to an ongoing drug investigation that involved multiple area agencies.
According to the Sac County Sheriff’s Office, 37-year-old Jennifer Kuhl of rural Wall Lake was taken into custody on Thursday in the town of Boyer by Crawford County Sheriff’s officials. 41-year-old Justin Siegner was taken into custody by Sac County deputies in Odebolt. Kuhl and Siegner are both charged with Ongoing Criminal Conduct, and Possession of Over Five Grams of Methamphetamine, both class B felonies. They’ve both also been charged with Possession of Marijuana.
Back on November 9th, members of the Buena Vista and Sac County Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at Kuhl and Siegner’s residence. During the search, deputies seized stolen guns, over five grams of meth, over three grams of marijuana, as well as marijuana. The suspected controlled substances were sent to the DCI crime lab for analysis.
Arrests warrants were issued for Kuhl and Siegner earlier this week after reports were received from the DCI Crime Lab. Both are being held in the Sac County Jail, each on a 100-thousand dollar bond.
The Sac County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Office and the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
