Pocahontas County deputies arrested a Pomeroy man Sunday afternoon after locating him during a warrant check at a rural residence.
The sheriff’s office says deputies conducted the check around 2:45 p.m., at which time they located 51‑year‑old Troy James Lenz and took him into custody.
Lenz was arrested on a valid Calhoun County warrant for third‑degree harassment, a simple misdemeanor.
He was booked into the Pocahontas County Jail.
