Paxton’s Jewelry is once again lending its support to the annual St. Mary’s Ball and Auction, scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at the Forum on the Buena Vista University campus in Storm Lake.
The local business is donating the featured prize for the Wine Pull, a popular tradition at the fundraiser.
This year’s prize is a 14K white gold ring set with black, white, and champagne‑colored diamonds, totaling three‑quarters of a carat. Organizers say the design pairs perfectly with the 2026 event theme, “Black & White: A Panther Tradition.”
The Wine Pull gives participants the chance to win the ring for $45 per entry. Each ticket guarantees a bottle of wine valued between $10 and $100, with one lucky participant taking home the ring donated by Paxton’s Jewelry.
The Ball and Auction is St. Mary’s Catholic School’s largest annual fundraiser. Proceeds support school enhancements and help keep tuition affordable for local families. Organizers emphasize that the generosity of donors like Paxton’s Jewelry makes the event possible year after year.
Tickets are available online at StormLakeCatholic.com or at the parish office, located at 300 East Third St. in Storm Lake. For more information or alternative ways to contribute, contact the parish office at 712‑732‑3110.
