The RIDES transportation company will be providing a full service return to Storm Lake starting next month.

Throughout the pandemic, RIDES experienced a shortage of drivers and a reduction of ridership, and was limited to providing service three days a week. With more normal life activities resuming, Voss says RIDES is now in a position to provide more service…(audio clip below :31 )
Beginning November 1st, RIDES service will be provided in Storm Lake on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8am to 5pm…and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 2:30pm.
To schedule a ride, contact the RIDES call center between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday at 712-262-7920 or 800-358-5037. RIDES continues to meet and exceed guidelines for sanitation and federal requirements. Masking is no longer required on a RIDES vehicle.
