The City of Storm Lake will host its first-ever downtown concert later this week. Cory Waller and the Wicked Things will apart of the Downtown Jam this Thursday, August 10th.
The show will be from 6-8 pm in the Erie Street Parking Lot D between Railroad and 5th Streets. Admission is free. The band was nominated for Midwest Country Music Association Band of the Year.
The city will close the street in the 500 block of Erie Street from 5-10 pm. In the event of rain, the show will move to an alternate location at King’s Pointe Ballroom. Storm Lake’s Downtown Master Plan hopes to make the area a destination and gathering place.
