Storm Lake United has added a new member to its team.
Storm Lake United’s team is growing with the addition of Tom Grau, who has accepted the role of a Member Development and Support Specialist. Grau has spent most of his career dedicated to fostering growth and development in rural Iowa. He will work closely with Storm Lake United members, helping them maximize their benefits, while also reaching outside of Buena Vista County by recruiting members from other communities.
Grau graduated from Iowa State University in the mid-90s with a bachelor’s degree in public service and administration and animal science. Grau also earned his J.D. from Drake University in 1995, specializing in business and tax law. Previously, Grau was Executive Director of the Pocahontas County Economic Development Commission.
