Storm Lake St. Mary’s annual food packing event will be held a little earlier than usual this year.

The event has typically been held in April, but is being moved up this year due to the Easter holiday falling later that month.
Any businesses or individuals interested in donating and working a shift can contact Berg at the school.
Over 897 thousand meals have been packed since the event started in 2010. St. Mary’s partners with the “Then Feed Just One” organization out of LeMars for the project.
