Cole said they’re waiting to see if they can get several Department of Education grants to keep the local impact as low as possible. The plan for the next school year will include a three percent salary and benefit increase for district staff members.
A public hearing on the budget will be held at the board’s regularly scheduled meeting on April 16th.
The district’s tax levy is set to increase from 17.17 to 17.95.
