Storm Lake Library Hosting Free Financial Literacy Series in May

The Storm Lake Public Library is offering a series of three free financial literacy sessions.

The workshops aim to equip participants with essential financial knowledge and tools for personal and family financial success. The sessions start this Thursday, May 1st with a focus on understanding lending basics…May 8th will highlight foundations of investing and retirement savings…and May 15th will focus on the essentials of estate planning. The sessions all begin at 4pm at the Storm Lake Public Library.

The financial literacy programming is part of an initiative supported by a grant from the American Library Association. The program is designed to help individuals develop the financial skills and knowledge needed to confidently pursue personal, family, and community financial goals.
