A registered sex offender who was wanted by the Sac County Sheriff’s Office on a felony warrant has been located.
According to a post on the Sac County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, Michael Kruckenberg of Sac City was located on Tuesday outside of Sac County. Kruckenberg was wanted for being a Sex Offender who Knowingly Provided False Information 2nd or Subsequent Offense, a class D felony.
Authorities had been searching for Kruckenberg for the past week.
