A Sutherland man sustained minor injuries in a crash Saturday evening in O’Brien County.
Authorities say 35-year-old Robert Carson lost control of a 2000 Chevrolet Malibu while traveling in the 4800 mile of Van Buren Avenue. Deputies say Carson swerved to avoid a deer, causing the vehicle to leave the road. It then struck a driveway and rolled.
The vehicle was totaled.
Carson was cited for failure to maintain control.
