Mikayla Oz is bringing her all-new Family Magic Shows to Kids’ Fest in Storm Lake this Sunday.
Packed with fresh illusions, interactive moments, and laugh-out-loud comedy, Mikayla will perform two different 30-minute shows, at 12:30 and 2 p.m. Admission is free!
Β Kids’ Fest will fill Chautauqua Park with free fun on Sunday, June 8, noon-3 p.m. The event is sponsored by the City of Storm Lake and King’s Pointe Waterpark Resort.
Recognized with the International Rising Star of Magic Award, Mikayla Oz is celebrated not only for her unforgettable performances but also for her dedication to teaching. She founded and operates The Magician School, working to inspire future performers.
Β Β The native Iowan began performing magic at age 4, after being mesmerized by a magic act at her local library. A hobby turned into a passion, and has grown into a career. She has been astonishing audiences across the Midwest for more than 10 years. She has been seen on Penn and Teller: Try This at Home, Travel Channel, Great Day and other TV shows, and in newspapers including USA Today. She has performed at events including the Iowa State Fair, Iowa Wild Hockey, Iowa Arts Festival and Six Flags theme parks.
