Iowa Master Conservationist Program Begins Next Month in BV, Cherokee Counties

Iowa State University Extension is offering the Iowa Master Conservationist Program in Buena Vista and Cherokee counties.

The program provides participants with hands-on interaction with the diversity of the state’s natural resources. The program teaches Iowa’s natural ecosystems and the diversity of conservation challenges and opportunities that exist in the region.

There will be approximately 12 hours of online curriculum. Six face-to-face meetings will be held from 5:30 to 7:30pm from April 17th through May 22nd. Each face-to-face meeting will be led by local subject-matter experts.

Registration is 50 dollars. The deadline is April 14th at 4:30pm.
