The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation’s quarterly investor meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 25th from 4 to 5pm at the Lake Park Community Center.
The Corridor is partnering with Dakota Business Finance for the event. A presentation will be given by Dakota Business Finance regarding small businesses. Dakota will also be presenting an award to the Corridor. Dakota Business Finance works with local lenders to provide loans to small businesses to construct, purchase, or renovate a building, or install leasehold improvements or long-term machinery and equipment.
Iowa Lakes Corridor President and CEO Shannon Landauer says the Dakota Business Finance team has worked with Corridor area lenders to fund projects that continue to grow in the region.
The Quarterly Investor Meeting is free to attend for all Corridor Investors, but RSVP’s are required. Contact the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development office to sign up. The Corridor is the regional economic development agency for Buena Vista, Clay, Dickinson, and Emmet counties.
