City of Storm Lake Program Manager Kim Woltman said earlier this week that they’ve gotten a good response for Storm Lake Proud Week.
Woltman at the city council meeting said approximately a dozen groups had signed up as of Monday, and help is still needed with several projects…
Individuals or teams can contact Woltman at Storm Lake City Hall to sign up for a project.
Storm Lake Proud Week is May 4th through the 10th.
Tickets are still available at city hall to drop off unwanted items at the BV County Recycling Center that week. Woltman said hours will not be offered to drop off items on Saturday the 10th due to staffing issues at the center.
