Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will offer two meetings in the area in late November related to next year’s cow-calf outlook.
Meetings will be held on Wednesday, November 29th from 9:30am to noon at the Lohff-Schumann Community Center in Holstein…and also from 1 to 3pm that day at the Grace United Methodist Church in Spencer.
The meetings will focus on the topics of nutrition, health, and marketing. Presentations will be given on all three topics.
There is no cost to attend either meeting, but registration is required by November 27th. Contact the Cherokee County Extension Office to register for the Holstein meeting by calling 712-225-6196.
