The Buena Vista County Conservation Board is hosting an event for citizens to experience the upcoming partial eclipse of the sun.
The partial eclipse will happen this coming Monday, April 8th, and the event will be held that afternoon from 1 to 3pm at the BV Conservation Office south of Peterson. Participants will safely experience the astronomical incident, and will learn about the science of eclipses. All attendees will receive eclipse-viewing glasses and treats. Supplies are limited.
