Grace Kenkel matched a career high with 21 points and the Storm Lake girls held off a feisty Ridge View team 61-55 Monday night at Tornado Fieldhouse.
The Tornadoes held a 51-46 lead in the 4th quarter when Cole Richardson buried back to back 3-pointers to give Storm Lake their biggest lead of the game at 57-46. Richardson ended up with eleven points. Avery DeHaan added 17 for the Tornadoes.
Jayna Aschnger scored a game high 23 for the Raptors who fall to 6-7 overall on the year and they will play again Tuesday night at home vs. MVAOCOU.
