Alta-Aurelia 14, Okoboji 9 (Shea Peterson picked up the win and Angela Lopez hit a 3-run homer)

Newell-Fonda 8, Pocahontas Area 0 (Kierra Jungers pitched a 2-hitter striking out 13 batters, she also led the Mustangs hitting attack going 3-for-4 with 2 RBI)

Storm Lake 9, Webster City 7 (Sam Dvergsten pitched 2 1/3 innings of scoreless relief striking out four. Jake Eddie had two of the Tornadoes 7 hits. Storm Lake now 6-3 will host Spencer in their Lakes Conference opener tonight)

Sioux Central 5, Manson Northwest Webster 1 (Carter Boettcher threw 6 1/3 innings to notch the win, he struck out 11 and gave up four hits and one earned run. Dakota Deuschle had two hits)

Alta-Aurelia 13, Okoboji 7 (Tanner Randall threw six innings and picked up the win. Warriors had 13 hits with Gavin Sleezer and Preston McCoy getting three a piece.

Ridge View 7, OA-BCIG 6 (Tracin Price was the winning pitcher throwing 5 1/3 striking out eleven. Falcons had 12 hits at the plate led by Treyton Kolar’s three).
