Janice Estelle Sudbay Utter, age 98, of Storm Lake, Iowa died Sunday, August 9, 2026 at Methodist Manor Retirement Community in Storm Lake.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake. Burial will be in the Storm Lake Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will take place following the service until 7:00 p.m. all at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake. The Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake is in charge of the arrangements.
