Tyson Foods is providing a year-end bonus of between 300 and 700 dollars for each of their team members.
A news release from Tyson says the bonuses will be distributed starting in mid-December. The company is giving a total of around 50-million dollars in year-end bonuses. There are approximately 90-thousand hourly team members at Tyson Foods across the United States, including approximately three-thousand team members combined at pork and turkey plants in Storm Lake.
Tyson is also offering flexible work schedules at some facilities, as well as new and expanded benefits, services, and resources for all team members beginning in 2023. This includes new parental leave, additional mental health support, and other health plan benefits to enhance the culture.
